Dr. Christopher P. Herrera, PhD has over ten years in the “sleep business". His research interest is to examine the role of sleep in health and performance, with a particular emphasis on using cognitive behavioral therapy for overcoming insomnia. His wellness activities include health education seminars, relaxation workshops, and specialist sleep assessments.

Over the last 5 years, Rae Remenda has trained CrossFit and TRX in several countries including Canada. Australia, United States, and Qatar. Currently, she provides personal and group training as well as health workshops to help rehabilitate the body through stretching and nutrition.
